Since 1989 he has worked primarily with Independent Community Banks, Financial Planners, and Professional Associations. Vaughn has trained and given seminars to hundreds of professionals about the real estate marketplace.

From First Time Homebuyers to Reverse Mortgage candidates and everyone in between, Vaughn enjoys the education and planning process with his clients. Vaughn has also appeared a number of times as a mortgage industry guest on WCCO Radio. Vaughn is passionate to see client’s homeownership dreams come true.

Tim has a degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University where he was a member of the NDSU football team and baseball team. He continues to stay active with various sports and also loves spending time with his family. Tim lives in Minneapolis with his wife Alisha, daughters Brooklyn, Sydney and son Dylan.

Marcia worked in economic development for 12+ years prior to joining the Luminate team as a business development specialist. She develops and assists with strategic planning, marketing, data analysis, network creation and business plan implementation.

Marcia and her husband, Matthew, live in Mankato, MN with their five children. Marcia enjoys family time, organizing, going for walks, and coffee with friends.

Treehouse

On a mission to end hopelessness among teens. When teens start believing what is true and possible, it changes everything. Through grace-based programs and environments, we help teens learn to believe in their God-given value and worth, their capabilities, and their potential. Whether through mentorship, support groups, or off-site activities, we create safe environments where teens can be themselves and have fun.

Feed My Starving Children

As a Christian nonprofit organization, Feed My Starving Children is called to feed God’s starving children hungry in body and spirit. FMSC works with food distribution partners that stay with communities for the long haul, empowering them to move from relief to development.

Samaritans Purse

After sharing the story of the Good Samaritan, Jesus said “Go and do likewise.” That is the mission of Samaritan's Purse—to follow the example of Christ by helping those in need and proclaiming the hope of the Gospel.

Soldier 6

We are a 501(c)3 non profit organization based in Minnesota. We provide honorably discharged veterans, police officers, firefighters, paramedics, correctional officers, and 911 dispatchers with specially trained K-9's. These special dogs will become their Battle Buddy and help guide them through the difficult days in life. We chose the name Soldier's 6 because that is what a service dog has, its Battle Buddy's 6 (or back).
